miso presents: HEALTH / EYEHAI (i had an inkling)
HEALTH just came back from SXSW, have an album coming out on Lovepump United (AIDS Wolf, Usaisamonster, etc), a split album with EYE HAI on Golden Lab, a track on the forthcoming Golden Lab compilation and a remixed 7" by Crystal Castles on Trouble Records all this year. They're one of the best bands we've heard in ages. Somewhere between Arab on Radar and This Heat. / EYE HAI (aka i had an inkling) are from Manchester and feature members of Quack Quack amongst others... they have an album coming out on Golden Lab, as well as a split LP with HEALTH on the same label, and are touring the US with Neptune and Athletic Automaton in September. Improv prog/jazz/noise/psych three-piece akin to Sun City Girls, Flying Luttenbachers and Volcano The Bear.
